By accessing or using Kursi AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Kursi AI on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and “you” refers to that entity.
Kursi AI provides educational content and tools to help teams learn and apply AI. We may update or change features from time to time.
- Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of logins.
- Customer ensures users comply with these Terms.
- We may suspend access for security or misuse concerns.
No unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior.
No reverse engineering or scraping of restricted areas.
No sharing of licensed content outside your organization without permission.
Kursi AI retains ownership of platform content. Customer retains ownership of uploaded materials. You grant Kursi AI the right to use uploaded content solely to provide and improve the services.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed as agreed (monthly or annually). Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or accuracy of third‑party AI outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kursi AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within 30 days. Upon termination, access will cease; sections relating to IP, payment, and liability survive.
These Terms are governed by Finnish laws and jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
